I've been meaning to send out a system wide message, but have been very busy and am still playing catch-up. We are having a couple of different modem problems today. First, the 336-1700 line seems to either have a bad line or modem. I'm working on diagnosing and fixing this ASAP. Next, the 206-524-7696 number does have a bad phone line. US West will not have this fixed until tomorrow, unfortunately. I have been trying to keep it tied up by using a piece of software that auto-dials the number. Sorry for the inconveniences! I am still looking for something that allows web based modifications so that people can make changes via a web page. Finally, Zipcon is offering US West, GTE, and Covad DSL.
