This message is going out to all Zipcon Subscribers.

  We are having a problem getting through to Sprint connected sites
right now.  You may be experiencing difficulty getting to sites that
are on the Sprint network.  Because Sprint is a major backbone carrier
this amounts to a lot of sites and is a big problem.  Sprint network
administrators are aware of the problem and are working to fix it right
away.  I'm sorry for the inconvenience.

  On a brighter note, I have the new 3Com/USR modem rack in and should
be bringing it online tomorrow (new Worldcom phone lines are supposed to
go in tomorrow).  There will be a new access number to test it initially.
If the 3Com rack performs better than the Lucent rack, I will switch it
into the first rack in the hunt group, and put the current Lucent PM3
rack on the new number.  More details on that tomorrow.

  Finally, Zipcon has signed contracts for US West and Covad DSL.  We
will be offering both options starting April 19th.  The web page
http://www.zipcon.net/dsl.html will be updated with all the information
needed to order DSL service.
