  The NNTP news service is down and has been for over 24 hours.
I'm very sorry for the inconvenience.  I'm doing everything I can
to get it working again ASAP.  I may have to go with another news
service temporarily.  I will try to arrange it so Zipcon has a
backup news server.  That way if our main source of news goes down,
the other will be available immediately.
