Setting up Multiple Identities in Outlook Express 5 and above

1) Start Outlook Express
2) Select the "File" menu, then Identities -> Manage Identities menu item.
3) Click the New button.
4) Type in youremail@zipcon.com in the "Type in your name" box.  Click OK.
   You can also use zipcon.net if you prefer that over zipcon.com
5) When it asks "Do you want to switch to youremail@zipcon.com now?" click
   "Yes".


It may take a short while, Outlook Express will appear to exit, but
  will then start again, using the new Identity.  You will then be
  placed in the Internet Connection Wizard, which will prompt you
  for your email account settings.  Be sure to enter the new
  email account information, and not the settings for the account
  you are already using.

6) Choose the "Create a new Internet mail account" option and click "Next".
7) In the Display name box, fill in your real name, click Next.
8) Choose the "I already have an email address that I'd like to use" and
   In the "E-mail address" box, enter youremail@zipcon.com
   Click Next.
9) Set "POP3" for "My incoming mail server is a POP3 server".
   The "Incoming mail (POP3, IMAP or HTTP) server" is: mail.zipcon.com
   The "Outgoing mail (SMTP) server" is also: mail.zipcon.com
   (NOTE: You can also use just "zipcon.com" for both servers)
   Click Next.
10) In the "Account name" box, put your the first part of your email address,
   just: youremail
   Please do not include @zipcon.com.  Fill in the password box with your
   password.  Please do not select  "Log on using Secure Password Auth..."
   Click Next and Finish.

11) It may then ask if you wish to import messages, just select the option
   "Do not import at this time".
    Click Next and Finish.

Now when you want to switch to another identity, click on the "File"
menu and select "Switch identity...".  Thats it, thanks for using
