TROUBLESHOOTING GUIDE
   I need ASPI driver
   CD Czar does not recognize my CD-ROM drive
   Program freezes when I click on "Add CD", but works OK when I click "Add Other"
   Get error message "Access violation at address 004DC383 "
   Get error message "Socket Error #11001, Host Not Found"
   Get error message "Socket Error #10057, Socket is not connected"
   Get error message "Unable to Send Request"
   Message says "There does NOT seem to be an audio CD in the drive", but there is!
   Track info on a multi-artist album has Artist / TrackTitle reversed, can this be fixed?
   Albums do not appear, or appear out of order
