Hello
Main Page
I am Rick Spangler also
in some circles a long time back I was known as
El Brujo Del Norte.
I worked with The Craft for many years. When I first
started I found some Pure Bees Wax Candles and Hand Dipped
in a old shop
in Santa Barbara and found they seamed to work better than the normally
paraffin candles. At the time I did not know why; which after much study
I found out.
I moved from Santa Barbara and could not find the Candles. I was able to
find Bees Wax and wick. So I set out make my own Candles. I started to
gather the thing I needed to make Hand Dipped Candles. In the quest for
things I needed as the rack to hang candles as I dip them and the
Caldron to melt the wax thing seam to flow into place. I would go for a
walk and reach out my hand and every thing was there.
I gave them to my Craft friend around me and they found out as I had
there was something special about the Pure Bees Wax Candles as I had.
Well this all comes to I now make them in batches of a dozen {that’s 13
to a batch} each one is a hand dipped taper, weights about a troy ounce
and is near to 7 inches long.

Why Bees Wax Candles
Here is the thing I remember from my research years back.
1. Bees wax comes
from nature without killing plant nor animal.
2. The old candles
were made with tallow and they put off black smoke,
tallow of course from dead animals. Another invention that helped with
the smoke was the braided wick.
3. Bees wax was and
still is hard to come by so it came to be used as
money.
4. The Roman church
Christian’s were very good at ripping of
other’s customs and tools. They use the bees wax in their ceremonies as
well the Pagan.
5. The bee hive is a
matriarchal society this drove the Christians nuts
when it was found out and proven, talk about denial.
